According to this new policy, all PC VR content and new releases for VIVE XR Elite uploaded to HTC's global XR content platform, VIVEPORT, will entitle partners to receive 90% revenue from one-time purchases of games and application content. HTC emphasizes that VIVEPORT has always been a key platform for HTC's global XR ecosystem development, providing comprehensive content downloading and subscription services for various XR/VR experiences. In order to promote the development of the XR ecosystem, HTC has significantly increased the content revenue sharing rate, leading the industry and enabling XR developers to obtain a higher proportion of revenue on the VIVEPORT platform. VIVEPORT's General Manager, Jun-Wu Lin, pointed out that development partners are key to the development of the XR ecosystem.
