錼創量产用于AR眼镜的Micro LED微显示器

4月9日消息，Micro LED公司錼創科技已成功量产0.49英寸全高清(FHD)分辨率的Micro LED微显示器，主要用于增强现实(AR)眼镜。

It is reported that in December 2023, Raontech announced that it had signed a Micro LED strategic agreement with the major Taiwanese Micro LED manufacturer, PlayNitride Creation Technology, to supply the first batch of backplane wafers for Micro LED.

This collaboration combines Raontech's ultra-low power, ultra-small silicon backplane, and System-on-Chip (SoC) technology with Lithium Creation's Micro LED bonding, coloring, and modularization technology, as well as its mass production capabilities, aiming to seize the core component market for next-generation XR devices.

Currently, the u-PixeLED technology developed by PlayNitride Creation Technology enables Micro LED to easily provide AR microdisplays with over 4000ppi by miniaturizing Micro LED chips and using silicon wafer driving backplanes.
