AR体全息波导厂商尼卡光学完成新一轮融资
近日,距完成 Pre-A 轮融资两月时间不到,体全息光波导模组厂商尼卡光学再完成 Pre-A+轮融资,本轮融资由昭羽资本担任财务顾问。
据悉,Pre-A+轮融资由文创上市公司三七互娱、AEF大湾区创业基金(由戈壁大湾区管理) 参投,Pre-A 轮与 Pre-A+ 轮共计为尼卡光学带来数千万元资金。
尼卡光学CEO 杜有成表示:本轮融资一方面将用于尼卡光学组织架构的搭建,团队的进一步扩张,以提升核心光学、材料技术的研发能力;另外一方面,资金还将用于搭建一条年产能在 10 万片的生产线,为技术落地准备。
据悉,尼卡光学成立于 2022 年 7 月,是一家从事 XR 光学解决方案,且专供体全息光波导技术的企业,由国外某体全息头部企业前材料专家杜有成、光学专家黄志勤共同创立。杜有成目前担任公司 CEO,负责公司的整体运营管理;黄志勤任 CTO,负责体全息光波导研发、公司产品的总体规划以及建立相关技术规范。
熙泰科技完成A轮融资
在当前一级市场融资环境充满严峻挑战的背景下,熙泰科技成功完成A轮融资。本轮融资由芜湖市建投、四川制造业基金、瑞丞基金、兴众风投、坤言资本、眉山天府引导基金等投资,共募资十多亿元。
本轮融资主要用于12寸硅基OLED产线的建设与运营,一期产能为叠层6K+,产线软硬件均与国际一流厂商合作。核心设备已陆续搬入,公司正式进入12寸线的设备调试及运营阶段,该产线具有设计领先、设备先进、自动化程度高、产能大的特点。
安徽熙泰智能科技有限公司总部位于安徽省芜湖市,主要从事 Micro OLED微显示屏幕研发与制造。
熙泰科技在实验室和8英寸量产线技术沉淀积累的基础上,于2020年成立全资子公司——芜湖微显智能科技有限公司,全面启动12英寸Micro OLED产线项目建设,致力于打造业界领先的Micro OLED微显示产品生产制造基地,为AR/VR/MR/EVF/FPV等超高分辨率显示应用市场提供产品技术和产能供应的双向支持。该项目总投资60亿元,首期月产能6k wafer(叠层OLED器件),核心设备全部采用全新的ASML、SNU、应用材料、TEL等国际领先设备厂商方案,并已于2023年12月正式启动主设备搬入。
